YOGA FOR HEALTHY KNEES
Alcove Yoga will start a 4-week series of classes focusing on the knees. This class is appropriate for those who
- have knee problems, including knee pain, inflammation, and misalignment of knees.
- do not currently have knee pain, but have a tendency toward hyperextension or, conversely, lack of extension, in the knees. .
- want to understand the knees better

We will be working with props and sequences from Lois Sternberg's recent publication, Iyengar Yoga Asana Alternatives: The Knees. This book is available from Dr. Steinberg's website. We recommend anyone who is taking the course to purchase this book.
