H. S. ARUN is coming to Alcove Yoga. Arunji is a world-renowned Advanced Iyengar Yoga teacher who recently published a book called Experiment and Experience on the Chair. In Bangalore, at his home studio, Arun teaches for groups of 70 students and more; here in Houston we will have him in small groups, with a maximum of 15 students. Arun is dynamic, fun, and extremely creative in the use of props to help the practitioner achieve a deeper experience of yoga.
The sessions are organized as follows:
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 10:30 am - 12:30 pm
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm
You must have 6 months consistent practice of Iyengar Yoga, but all levels are welcome.
Price is $40 per session; $108 for 3 sessions.
